So yes, it has been... well a long time since we have posted any pics or any news! Christmas was busy as I am sure it was for all of you too! We left to be with Todd's family on the 18th and went to Logan for a few days for his little sister's wedding. We then drove through a crazy snow/wind storm to Twin and stayed there until we got home at 9pm on the 26th. We got home and Jenny's work was in need a little so Jenny worked for a while and we left for Mexico at 2am on the 28th. We were there until we got back at 2am January 2nd and Jenny has been working 14 hour days ever since. So needless to say blogging took a back seat for a while, but life is looking up and we are starting to catch back up! Here are a few highlights from our madness-Hope you enjoy!
All the Welch girls had a short seminar on the Art of Womanhood and then went and got pedicures! It was pretty nice and everyone got great toes for the snowstorms!
The boys all got to do woodshop and made birdhouses or a stool for their garages! They loved it!
Now on to Mexico!
The boys spent a lot of time in the ocean boogieboarding. Todd loved it and my sister, Amy, even joined in in my behalf! She is usually the beach babe and I am usually out there the whole time, but the whole being on my belly thing isn't such an option anymore!
Todd and John also tried their luck on riding the waves on a kayak! It was pretty funny watching them, but they loved it too!
But while the boys played hard the girls held down the fort on the beach sipping Banana Mamas! We love those drinks! We were also visited quite often my the people selling stuff and we all took advantage of the "Mall" coming to us!
And while it is very, very hard for my to post this picture I thought I would share with all of you just how absolutely pregnant I am! Hope you enjoy! We really had a fun time and the beach and weather was nothing short of fabulous! The hotel was great and this picture was on New Year's Eve night. They put on quite the performance and entertainment! Luckily for me Todd is usually as tired as I am and we didn't have to stay up for the countdown!
