We went to the Kaibab forest the second weekend in May. For those of you who don't know the Kaibab is right next to the Grand Canyon North Rim. Jenny's family goes there every year for the Annual Carter Family Campout in the Kaibab - pretty creative name eh!
Todd had fun making breakfast with Kate while Jenny was out providing meat for the family!
We also got to use our favorite tent that Todd's siblings gave us for our wedding!
And when Jenny finally did get a turkey her nephew, Carter was able to sneak up on it and shoot it with his bow!
Todd also took his bike along for the trip and had a blast riding it up and down the hills!

Wow, this looks like so much fun - too bad we missed out. Oh well, as our family grows so quickly we can only make it down there for so many things you know. I love the picture of Todd and baby Kate (although I know she's not a baby anymore - LoL)
